ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Fazal Hospital is 20 beds, private hospital, established in 1982. Over the years it has gradually established its reputation in the city of Jhelum as one of the most well-equipped and professionally run hospitals.
The building design, construction and furnishing, the spacious and airy rooms and the individual method of central air conditioning to prevent cross contamination and spread of air borne infections, reflect the strictly professional lines on which this hospital is run.
If you require surgery, the hospital boasts of operation theaters with international repute for standards and quality. For the ten years of its life the hospital is proud of less than 0.5 % infection rate from its theater – a compliment not very easy to achieve in our field.
FAZA HOSPITAL LABORATORY initially started to provide diagnostic facilities to indoor and outdoor patients of Hospital, over the years, because of the accuracy and reliability of its reports, Lab has gained a reasonable repute and name in the market.
The lab is fully equipped and manned and runs the following departments:
Hematology
Biochemistry
Special Chemistry
Histopathology
Microbiology
Blood Banking
Screening & Vaccination for Hepatitis B
All departments are under one administrative control but are under separate technical heads that are consultants in their own fields. All consultant pathologists are highly qualified in their respective fields ranging from FRC Path to M. Phil.
The technicians and technologists actually performing the tests are qualified technicians with reasonable experience and expertise in their jobs.
